Shipments and returns

We offer a comprehensive home delivery service. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via three ways;

Warehouse Pickup: You are welcome to pickup item(s) by yourself or use your own courier. Please take all the necessary steps to ensure the safety of your product. Carrying it on the roof of your car or squeezing it in may cause some damage. Master Sofa will not be responsible for any damage on products after picking up from store.

Local Delivery: We are based in Sydney and we use our own courier to deliver your items. Depending on your postcode, we charge minimal transportation fee for your orders. 

Australia Wide Delivery: If your location is outside of Sydney, you need to call or email us for a shipping quote.

*Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.



Conditions of sale

Should you cancel your order after the deposit is taken, a cancellation fee mayl apply. After supply of goods, We may not be obliged to refund for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases. Goods will be held for a maximum of 7 days and storage fees will apply thereafter.

Please pay any outstanding balance to Secure Alliance Pty Ltd T/A Handicraft Republic prior to delivery. Please check all goods carefully, as later claims for damage may not be accepted. Manufacture faults relating to self-assembly products must be reported within 7 days.

We do not accept personal cheques.


For 2 years from the purchase date, we warrant to rectify, repair or replace any defects in materials and workmanship on our range of products.

The warranty does NOT cover: Item's damaged or broken after purchase.
